This policy covers cookies and similar technologies on koaenterprises.com and within Koa Grove installations.

1. What a cookie is

2. What we use

We keep this deliberately short. We do not run advertising cookies, we do not run cross-site tracking, and we do not permit third parties to place cookies through our site for their own purposes.

These make the site and the application work. They cannot be switched off and do not require consent.

No analytics or third-party measurement runs inside a client installation. What happens inside an institution's estate stays in the audit log, and the audit log is the institution's.

In the banner. When you first visit, you may accept or reject anything that is not strictly necessary. You can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings link in the site footer.

In your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you signing in to an installation.

Do Not Track. Browsers send this signal inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honouring it, so we do not rely on it. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where they are received.

4. Changes

If we add a cookie, this table is updated before it is set. The effective date above tells you when it last changed.
