Material held inside a client institution's Koa Grove installation is governed by a separate written agreement with that institution, under which Koa acts as processor on the institution's instruction and for no purpose of its own. That material is not covered here.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.

Our website hosting is in Germany. Where a transfer outside Germany is necessary, it is made under an approved transfer mechanism.

6. Your rights

Our business is sold to financial institutions. This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Any change is posted here with an updated effective date.
